Welcome to NOIR EDITIONS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital artworks from NOIR EDITIONS (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Products

All artworks offered by NOIR EDITIONS are digital products delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment, customers receive access to download the purchased artwork file. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.

2. License & Usage Rights

Purchase of an artwork grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal display use only.

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

  • Commercial use

  • Redistribution or resale

  • Minting as NFT

  • Modification for resale

  • Public or commercial display

  • Reproduction in any physical or digital format for sale

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of NOIR EDITIONS.

3. Limited Editions

Certain artworks are issued in limited quantities. Edition sizes are defined at the time of release and will not be expanded once completed.

NOIR EDITIONS reserves the right to discontinue any artwork at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time prior to purchase. Once an order is confirmed, pricing will not be changed retroactively.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases are final.

Refunds will not be issued once access to the artwork file has been provided, except in cases of technical error or duplicate purchase.

6. Technical Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is correct at checkout.

If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will reissue the download upon request within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

In cases of chargebacks or suspected fraudulent activity, NOIR EDITIONS reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access to downloads

  • Provide proof of delivery to payment processors

  • Restrict future purchases

8. Limitation of Liability

NOIR EDITIONS shall not be liable for:

  • Improper file usage

  • Incompatibility with customer software or hardware

  • Loss resulting from unauthorized redistribution

All artworks are provided “as is” without warranties beyond proper digital delivery.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
